Shipping & Returns
Items will usually be dispatched the next business day of receiving your order.
Shipping/ Delivery costs
Shipping costs are calculated at time of order. The weight and the size of the parcel are taken into consideration and the delivery cost is displayed at the checkout process. We use NZ Couriers and all parcels are sent using the track and trace service. We can only deliver to a street address, and are unable to deliver to a P.O Box. Deliveries to a rural delivery (RD) address will incur an extra charge.
Delivery/ keeping track of your order
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details. This confirmation is usually emailed to you within a few minutes of your order being placed. If for any reason the goods that you have ordered are unavailable we will contact you.
If you have not heard from us or received your order after 3 business days, please contact us at email@example.com or telephone 09 525 2597.
If you would like to exchange an item please call us to arrange this on 09 525 2597. We will advise if we have stock available. We will process your new order and if there is more to pay, then we will charge you immediately for the difference. We will despatch your replacement item once we have received the item back that you are returning. This must be in its original condition, including the tags and packaging.

Returns, damaged or faulty items
You may return your new season’s apparel or merchandise purchase within 5 days if you are not completely satisfied, however specials or clearance product cannot be returned. If a product is faulty or damaged we will rectify the problem for you. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone 09 525 2597. Your item should be returned in its original condition, including the tags and packaging.
Any refunds will only be for the product/s returned. We do not refund shipping or courier charges.
